The Baylor Swim Club’s home pool is the Baylor School Natatorium. This multi-million dollar facility is state of the art, and one of the best in aquatic centers in the country.
The indoor pool features 22 short course yard lanes by ten 50 meter long course lanes, and equipped with two moveable bulkheads. The pool is 7 feet deep in the shallow end, 13 feet deep in diving well end with all non-turbulent lane ropes. There is seating for 700 spectators in stadium above the pool . Underneath the stadium seating, the facility is equipped with two women’s and two men’s locker rooms.
The Natatorium also has a fully automatic Daktronic Timing System, with 20 FINA Daktronic touch pads, and two- 10 Lane/Place/Time display boards. This gives Baylor Swim Club the ability to run two simultaneous 25 yard courses during a short course yards meet. The Martha Bass Invitational in November is currently the largest meet that Baylor hosts with over 1,000 swimmers competing.
